MARSHALL - Sophomore Maria Zrodowska took second individually with a 6-over par 150 total (76-74) to direct the No. 22 Lady Owls to the team championship of the Missouri Valley Invitational on Tuesday.
Senior Lucy Matthews came in fourth with a 13-over 157 (81-76) as William Woods University compiled a 56-over 632 team score (320-312). Sophomore Krystal Burgtorf was sixth with a 16-over 160 (78-82) and sophomore Paige Hawkins followed in seventh with a 21-over 165 (85-80).
The Lady Owls host the William Woods Fall Invitational next Monday and Tuesday at Tanglewood Golf Course.
