College volleyball: William Woods 3, Baker (Kan.) 1

Freshman outside hitter Ally Konarzewski tallied a double-double with 14 kills and 15 digs to help spur the Lady Owls to a 25-13, 25-20, 26-28 and 25-23 win over the Lady Wildcats on Tuesday night at Anderson Arena.

Sophomore middle blocker Hannah Kuehl delivered 12 kills for William Woods University (4-4). Senior libero Kayton Coffee added 11 digs and junior setter Remie Johnson handed out 39 assists.

The Lady Owls open play in the Viterbo Holiday Inn Express Tournament in La Crosse, Wis., with matches Friday against No. 5 Viterbo University at noon and No. 7 Northwestern (Iowa) College at 3 p.m.

William Woods completes tournament play Saturday against No. 20 University of Jamestown (N.D.) at 10 a.m. and Waldorf (Iowa) at 4 p.m.
