GREENVILLE, Ill. - The Blue Jays' losing streak extended to four games after a shootout loss to the SLIAC-leading Panthers on Wednesday night.

Westminster College tumbled to 10-14 on the season and 9-8 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Blue Jays took a 61-58 lead into halftime, but were outscored by Greenville University 66-46 in the second half.

The Panthers - avenging a 136-125 loss to Westminster on Jan. 21 in Fulton - improved to 17-7 on the season and 14-3 in the SLIAC.

Senior forward Romo Tabb was 13-of-20 from the field in breaking out for a game-high 30 points Wednesday night to direct the Blue Jays, who shot 51 percent (42-of-82) as a team. Junior guard Kobe Wands provided 20 points and senior forward Stu Hollandsworth finished with 18.

Senior guard Carter Wands and freshman guard Makygh Galbreath - a Fulton graduate - had 13 points apiece.

Tabb completed a double-double by collecting a game-high 16 rebounds as the two teams finished in a 58-all standoff on the boards.

Westminster finishes the regular season at MacMurray (Illinois) College at 3 p.m. Saturday. The Blue Jays bolted past MacMurray 90-69 on Jan. 16 in Fulton.
