SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The WWU Lady Owls, ranked seventh in the NAIA, compiled a 936 team total (311-318-307) to take 11th place at the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial on Tuesday.
Senior Katie Warren paced William Woods University by tying for 28th place individually with a 15-over par 228 (76-76-76). Senior Megan Cullen tied for 54th with a 236 (74-88-74).
Senior Nikki Callahan tied for 62nd with a 239 (81-78-80) for the Lady Owls, while senior Fumika Matsumoto tied for 68th with a 242 (80-85-77).
Sophomore Lucy Matthews tied for 72nd with a 245 (86-79-80).
Memphis captured the team championship with an 874 (293-287-294). Memphis' Michaela Fletcher secured the individual title with a 1-under 212 (72-69-71).
