The Westminster Lady Blue Jays dropped their first game in program history at home on Saturday to the Benedictine Lady Ravens.
Freshman Madison Taggart scored Westminster's first-ever goal in the second half. Junior goalkeeper Peyton Hall made 14 saves for the Lady Blue Jays.
"This was a great game for learning," Westminster head coach Kristi Crowley said. "The girls kept a positive attitude throughout the game and left everything out on the field."
The Lady Blue Jays play their first road game at St. Mary's University at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 2.
