A Williamsburg woman was treated for serious injuries after a one-vehicle crash Wednesday in Callaway County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred on Route Z, just west of Auxvasse Creek, around 8:30 a.m.
Sandra Ozburn, 48, went off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.
Ozburn was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle through the driver's side window.
