Three Lady Owls were perfect at the plate as William Woods dispatched the Stephens College Stars 8-0 in five innings on Monday to finish off an American Midwest Conference doubleheader sweep.
Freshman center fielder Hannah Campbell, sophomore shortstop Lindsey LeCuru and junior catcher Macy Wierschem all went 2-for-2 with an RBI as the Lady Owls had 14 hits as a team.

The Lady Blue Jays gave up six unanswered runs in falling to Loras in the backhalf of a doubleheader on Saturday at Blue Jay Field.
Freshman second baseman Liz Carthen and senior center fielder Lori Jones produced both Westminster runs with RBI singles in the bottom of the second inning to push the Lady Blue Jays out to a 2-0 edge.

The Blue Jays pounded out 13 hits to close out a doubleheader sweep of Robert Morris-Springfield on Saturday afternoon at Saucier Field.
Westminster freshman starter Jake Lund allowed back-to-back RBI base hits in the top of the first inning as Robert Morris took an early 2-0 lead.

The Owls scored 14 combined runs in the seventh and eighth inning to split an AMC doubleheader with the No. 25 Freed-Hardeman Lions on Saturday afternoon.
Down 11-3 in the bottom of the seventh, William Woods scored nine runs on nine hits to take the lead. Junior right fielder Nick Spagnola began the rally with an RBI single then came home - along with senior first baseman Matt Thomas - on a two-run double to right by junior third baseman Austin Clapp.
Junior Nathan Connell had the Blue Jays' lone win at No. 3 singles as Westminster fell to Central (Iowa) College on Monday at Elder Tennis Courts.
Connell topped Collin Schares by scores of 6-1, 3-6 and 11-9.
