Fulton Police arrest four in weekend robbery

Four Fulton men were arrested early Sunday after allegedly robbing an Auxvasse man in Fulton.

According to a press release from the Fulton Police Department, the victim filed a robbery report accusing Joshua Byrd, Brandon Byrd, Jeffrey Byrd and Joseph Byrd of assaulting him in the 200 block of St. Francis Street. The release states the suspects allegedly took items from the victim.

All four suspects were charged with felony second-degree robbery with bond set at $25,000 each.

•Joshua Byrd, 25, pleaded guilty in June 2013 to misdemeanor domestic assault and property damage; pleaded guilty in May 2011 to felony charges of theft and second-degree burglary; pleaded guilty in April 2010 to felony receiving stolen property.

•Joseph Byrd, 26, pleaded guilty in January 2012 to felony tampering with a vehicle and domestic assault; pleaded guilty in September 2011 to misdemeanor receiving stolen property; pleaded guilty in July 2011 to misdemeanor receiving stolen property and third degree assault; pleaded guilty in April 2011 to misdemeanor domestic assault; pleaded guilty in August 2010 to misdemeanor assault;

•Jeffrey Byrd, 24, has a string of guilty pleas for misdemeanor charges since 2011 including driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and drug possession.

•Brandon Byrd, 29, currently faces two felony charges of damage to jail/jail property and one charge of misdemeanor property damage from Jan. 11 in Callaway County. He also has a string of guilty pleas for misdemeanor charges of trespassing starting in 2010.
