Finally. After a build-up that was 10 years in the making, Westminster's Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house opened its doors after summer and fall of renovations.

Ten years ago, both alumni and current students began to realize that the house, a former dormitory, was falling into disrepair and wasn't current with the times.

"You could just walk up to the building and see that it was dated at that point," said Robert Childs, the houseparent for Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
