The Callaway County Sheriff's Office arrested a Fulton man on Monday following a U.S. Grand Jury indictment.

The indictment alledges that in April 2010, Nathan MacVittie, 30, used a telephone in an attempt to possess and distribute cocaine. The charge is a felony offense.

MacVittie was released on personal recognizance bond, meaning MacVittie has no monetary bond and was released on the good faith that he will appear in the U.S. Western District Court of Appeals.

MacVittie has not yet entered a plea and an arraignment has not yet been set, said Don Ledford, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office.
