Sean A. Price, 43, turned himself into his bail bondsman after he failed to appear in a Boone County court for a sentencing hearing March 1. Price had been found guilty two counts of first degree statutory sodomy on a seven-year-old girl in incidences that occurred in Callaway County.

Callaway County Prosecutor Chris WIlson said Price had turned himself into his bail bondsman early Monday, who brought Price to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office. The case was heard in Boone County courts after a change of venue, so Wilson could not say if Price's absconding would result in additional charges.
