An employee of a local eatery was injured in an armed robbery late Saturday.
According to an FPD press release, a Fulton officer was flagged down at approximately 11 p.m. by a Busy Corner Cafe employee in the restaurant parking lot.
The employee, who was not named, was robbed at knife point, sustaining non-life threatening injuries to his hand and chest.
According to the report the Fulton Police and the Callaway County Sheriff's Office canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspect, who got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The investigation is ongoing.
