"The victim stated she was forced to perform sexual acts at the residence of Henry L. Sumling (61)," the press release states. "She went on to say she witnessed drug sales at that residence."

Lt. Andre Cook, head of detectives with the FPD, said the victim and Sumling "were new acquaintances." He said the victim was not underage.

A search warrant was served at Sumling's residence, where one pound of marijuana - some of it individually packaged for sale - and a handgun were recovered.

Sumling was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail on $100,000 cash-only bond pending formal charges of forcible sodomy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Webb A. Sobolick, 20, also was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail on $4,500 bond pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
