Arrested on three drug charges and two counts of first-degree child endangerment were Taylor Bowlds, 21, and Ciera Steffen, 17.

Both were arrested after a search warrant raid conducted by the MUSTANG Drug Task Force and the Callaway County Sheriff's Office at 2370 Laurwood Estates in Holts Summit.

The raid yielded several large plastic bags filled with marijuana. It was described by law enforcement officers as 1,857 grams (about 4 pounds) of "Kush," a high grade marijuana.

Also seized were 12 grams of methamphetamine, 10 ecstasy pills, suspected LSD, and heroin. Several other items of drug paraphernalia that typically are used in the sale of narcotics - including digital scales, packaging materials and smoking devices - were also seized.

Law enforcement officers estimated the street value of the seized narcotics at $38,900.

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office reported that shortly after the pair's arrest on Wednesday night both of them posted bond and were released at 12:25 a.m. Thursday. Both were held on bonds of $65,500 each.
