Youth who have been told to "mind your manners" may soon have a club to join where they can learn those manners.

The National League of Junior Cotillions is expanding and plans to bring a chapter to Callaway County. The group teaches etiquette, character education and social dance training to sixth to eighth grade students.

The first step NLJC takes when opening a new chapter is finding a local director.

"We will be selecting a director for a local chapter who will receive complete training and an exclusive territory for expansion," stated NLJC National Director Elizabeth Winters.
