3 arrested for possession of stolen property

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office once again is working on a burglary case with Audrain County authorities.

Three Fulton men were arrested in Mexico Monday afternoon in connection with a burglary that had taken place in Callaway County earlier that day.

"We received a report of a burglary at a farm off of HH at about 11:30 a.m. on the third," Callaway County Sheriff Dennis Crane said Tuesday. "A slew of different items were taken, including a trailer.

"Later that afternoon, the suspects were seen pulling the trailer, and eventually they were detained in Audrain where they were taking some of the stolen items to Central Metals in Mexico."

Timothy Picton, 40, Daniel Infield, 21, and Adrian Coldren, 46, were arrested and charged in Audrain County with possession of stolen property.

"Warrants for burglary and stealing were requested in Callaway County today," Crane said.
