No. 9 Bulldogs running game, turnovers keep them undefeated

MOKANE - Turnovers aren't something you want to make a habit out of in football. Unless you're forcing them, in which case, you should do it often. The No. 9 ranked South Callaway Bulldogs have been doing a majority of the taking away this year and it's worked out well for them thus far.

The Bulldogs forced four turnovers - two fumble recoveries and two interceptions - and stayed undefeated in a 39-3 homecoming victory over Orchard Farm on Friday night.

South Callaway (6-0) has forced at least two turnovers in all six games this season, a routine that Bulldogs head coach Tim Rulo is happy to see catching on.

"It's something we talk about a lot and discuss in practice," Rulo said. "We tell them how important it is and they get after it and get after the football."
