Diana Bartlett, of Fulton, browses through the T-shirts for sale Wednesday at the re-sale shop located inside Kingdom Projects, Inc. She was wearing a shirt she bought at the thrift shop the day before and now was back for another.

"Things are affordable for low-income people," Bartlett explains, saying she shops at the store regularly.

About four years ago, Kingdom Projects, a non-profit organization, opened the re-sale shop to help fund operations. Arba Clayton, supervisor, explained that before the store opened, the organization would receive donated clothes that would have to be thrown out. Now the items are brought to the store to be sold.
