A New Bloomfield man has won $106,500 playing a Missouri Lottery game and a Fulton waiter almost took home a Keno game ticket worth $18,530.

Wayne Blair of New Bloomfield, a retired Missouri General Assembly fiscal analyst, used his self-styled numbers system to come up with a winning number in a Show Me Cash game.

The 64-year-old Blair purchased his winning ticket on July 16 at Midway Liquor & Gas at 300 State Road AE in New Bloomfield.

This week the Missouri Lottery also announced that an Illinois man playing the Missouri Lottery Keno game at the Post Office Bar & Grill at 100 W. 5th St. in Fulton almost gave a tip worth $18,530 to a waiter at the bar.
