UPDATE: Although the three men listed in this story were arrested in 2011, no criminal charges were filed against them.
Three Fulton men were arrested late Wednesday for allegedly trespassing and alleged marijuana possession.
The Fulton Police Department received a call of a possible burglary at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday. When officers arrived, three men were inside an apartment at 509 E. Seventh Street with what appeared to be a bag of marijuana. After obtaining a warrant and searching through the residence, FPD recovered marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and stolen property.
Daniel J. Brown, 26, Justin C. Myhren, 23, and Christian B. Wainright, 26, were arrested for trespassing in the first degree, possession of marijuana under 35 grams, and felony possession of a controlled substance. FPD reported the men were acquaintances of the apartment's resident, but were not supposed to be on the premises. The suspects were arrested and taken to Callaway County Jail. Bond was set at $5,500 each.
