Deputies make 2 meth arrests

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office made two methamphetamine-related arrests Tuesday and Wednesday.

At 12:11 a.m. Tuesday, the CCSO and Holts Summit Police Department arrested Timothy Morgan, 43, of Holts Summit, in connection with a burglary on Route AA. Stolen property was later recovered in Holts Summit. At the time of Morgan's arrest, he was found to possess meth and drug paraphernalia, according to the arrest report.

Morgan was arrested for burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor stealing and drug paraphernalia offenses. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail and later released on summons.

At 2:53 a.m. Wednesday, deputies conducted an investigation near Route WW and County Road 340, west of Millersburg. While investigating, deputies came into contact with Colleen Derousse, 60. She was found to possess meth and meth-related drug paraphernalia, according to the arrest report.

Derousse was arrested for two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Callaway County Jail and later released on summons.
