HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. - A Holts Summit man stopped for a traffic violation about 9 p.m. May 8 was arrested after a felony drug was found.
Zachary Horn, 21, was stopped near the South Summit Drive - U.S. 54 interchange south of Holts Summit. He was arrested for felony possession of a controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail in Fulton. Horn later posted a $4,500 bond and was released pending court appearance.
