A Fulton man wanted on several Boone County warrants was arrested west of Fulton at 9:53 a.m. Sunday.
Loraz Cater, 33, was wanted for charges of felony possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and felony criminal non-support. Carter had a Callaway County traffic warrant.
He was located by Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducting an investigation in the 5000 block of County Road 204. Deputies arrested Carter and transported him to the Callaway County Jail.
Carter is being held on a court-set bond of $20,025 - $10,000 cash only.
