MILLERSBURG - A Fulton woman was arrested Tuesday with the help of K9 Iro and Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies, officials said.
Deputies conducted a suspicious activity investigation at 12:56 a.m. along County Road 259 near Millersburg. During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Roxanne Wheeler, 56, of Fulton. Wheeler was subsequently found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies subsequently arrested Wheeler and transported her to the Callaway County Jail. Upon arrival to the jail, it was determined Wheeler had further drug-related items concealed upon her person.
Wheeler was booked/processed for felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked. Wheeler is being held on $5,000 bond.
