The Fulton Police Department made two arrests Sunday afternoon.
At 3:24 p.m. Sunday, a Fulton police officer attempted to stop Daniel T. Pittman Jr., 26, who was driving a ATV on Route F. Pittman refused to pull over, and a short pursuit ensued, according to the Fulton Police.
Pittman came to a stop on Stonemill Drive. He had a felony probation warrant with a cash-only bond of $25,000. He was arrested for driving without an operators license and resisting arrest and was transported to the Callaway County Jail.
During Pittman's arrest, Teresa Lee, 57, assaulted a Fulton police officer and then resisted when she was arrested, according to the Fulton Police Department. Lee was issued summons for assault on law enforcement and resisting arrest and was released.
