Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center inmate dies

A Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center inmate was pronounced dead on Friday.

A Missouri Department of Corrections release stated resident Thomas Williams, 61, was pronounced dead at the center at 11:25 p.m. Friday.

The release stated Williams died from apparent natural causes.

Williams was serving a three-year sentence for persistent driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked/suspended.

The Missouri Department of Corrections initially received Williams on Nov. 16, 2023.
