A Fulton Police Department investigation of an area reported to be rife with drug activity led to three arrests.

According to an arrest report, the FPD has received multiple complaints regarding drug activity in the 900 block of East Avenue. Officers began conducting patrols and narcotics investigations in the area following the reports.

On Sunday, officers arrested Timothy Picton, 48, of Fulton, for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. That investigation was aided by a Callaway County Sheriff's Office K9 unit.

Later that day, officers arrested Mikael Tice, 27, of Fulton, for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

On Wednesday, officers were called to the area once more regarding possible drug activity. Officers arrested Devon Brown, 18, of Fulton, for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
