The following cases were heard on January 14 in the Circuit Court of Callaway County, Division III, Honorable Kevin Crane presiding:

Jaimey Metcalf, 24, of Fulton, pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child and was sentenced to four years in prison on each offense. Metcalf admitted between December 2013 and January 2014, she exposed her genitals to the 14-year-old victim while the two were engaged in a sexual relationship.

Metcalf also pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree in a separate case. In that case, Metcalf admitted between June 2017 and June 2018 she allowed a child, 12 to 13 years old, to have contact with Metcalf's husband after Metcalf had been made aware that her husband had sexually abused the child. The judge sentenced Metcalf to four years in prison for that offense. The cases were investigated by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office and Missouri Department of Social Services, Children's Division.

Davin Torrence, 36, of St. Louis, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone). Torrence admitted he possessed the drug in January 2018 during a traffic stop on Interstate 70. The judge placed Torrence on five years of supervised probation. The case was investigated by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
