Columbia Independent School: Dismissing at 1 p.m. Friday.
Columbia Public Schools: Dismissing 2 1/2 hours early Friday.
Columbia Public Library: Closing at 1:30 p.m. Friday. Closed Saturday.
Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri: Shutting down all operations in Columbia at 3 p.m. and they will remain closed through Saturday. This includes: Central Pantry, Volunteer Room, Main Office and Warehouse. If you have questions, please call the office before 3 p.m. at 573-474-1020.
Hallsville R-4: Closing at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Southern Boone R-1, Ashland: Dismissing at 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Cole County R-1, Russellville: Elementary dismissing Friday at 12:10 p.m. and high school at 12:15 p.m.
Cole County R-5, Eugene: Dismissing at 12:30 p.m. Friday. Homecoming activities have been postponed to 3 p.m. Feb. 2.
Cole East Head Start: Closing at noon Friday.
Columbia College: Closing at noon Friday.
First Baptist Church, Jefferson City: Offices closing at noon Friday.
Jefferson City government: City offices and Municipal Court offices closing at 2 p.m. Friday. City buses planned to continue regular service.
Jefferson City Public Schools: Dismissing 3 hours early Friday. There will be no after-school Y-Care or Boys & Girls Club. Please communicate afternoon transportation plan changes to your child's school ASAP. Buses will run regular routes 3 hours earlier than usual. Normal school dismissal times can be found here: jcschools.us/domain/75. All weekend JCHS athletic events and activities have been cancelled along with after school practices. Rescheduling for cancelled events (if possible) will be announced at a later date.
Helias Catholic High School: Dismissing at noon Friday. No after-school supervision Friday.
Immaculate Conception School: Dismissing at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church: Young Couples gathering cancelled. Next gathering Feb. 8.
