MEXICO, Mo. - Area high school students seeking to improve their ACT/SAT scores will find help at the comprehensive ACT/SAT Weekend Boot Camp.
This event will be Feb. 1-3 at Missouri Military Academy in Mexico. Organizers said students who complete the boot camp average three to seven points of improvement on the ACT, and 150-200 points of improvement on the SAT. These point improvements represent a 30- to 40-percent percentile increase in scores.
Led by Tutors Across America, the immersive three-day boot camp will teach all sections of the tests in one weekend. The camp also includes two full-length exams of each type.
