Fulton man arrested after domestic dispute

A Fulton man was arrested after a domestic disturbance Sunday, according to the Fulton Police Department.

Officers responded to the 200 block of West Sixth Street at 10:38 a.m. According to the arrest report, the Fulton Police Department was told Silas Billups forced his way into the residence, assaulted the victim and stole the victim's phone.

Billups was arrested for first-degree burglary, third-degree domestic assault, stealing, second-degree property damage and possession of marijuana. Billups was transported to the Callaway County Jail.
