Police: No injuries in Break Time shooting

Fulton police are investigating a gun battle that reportedly took place Friday evening at Break Time.

No injuries were reported.

Police were called at 9:18 p.m. to Break Time at 399 W. 4th St. in Fulton following a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they found multiple subjects had been in a physical altercation. This altercation led to the subjects involved retrieving firearms and exchanging gunfire in the parking lot of the business, according to a Fulton Police Department press release.

Several bullets hit the business, breaking a front window and damaging an ice machine.

With assistance from the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, the FPD is attempting to identify and locate all subjects involved.
