Three arrested following disturbance

Three men were arrested Tuesday following a disturbance just outside Fulton, said Lt. Curtis Hall, of the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Two of the three men had warrants out for their arrest, Hall added.

At 7:38 a.m., deputies arrived at the 7400 block of Primrose Lane in response to a reported disturbance. After arriving, deputies encountered Michael Wade Smith, of Auxvasse, Reece Strawn, of Fulton and Joyce Bolin, of Jefferson City.

All three were taken into custody and brought to the Callaway County Jail.

Strawn was arrested on a Callaway County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a felony. His bond set at $5,000, cash-only.

Bolin was arrested on a Moniteau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a felony. She was taken to the Callaway County Jail to be held without bond pending a transfer to Moniteau County authorities.

Smith was not under a warrant, but was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, Hall stated. He was arrested on probable cause charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000.
