Burglary suspect arrested

Fulton police reported the arrest of a Fulton man after a burglary-in-progress call was received at 11:40 p.m. Monday.

Sgt. DB McGrath reported Bradley Ludon Foutes, 29, was arrested on a no-bond hold of first-degree burglary and second-degree property damage. Police had responded to the report at 2515 N. At 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, Foutes returned to the residence. The occupants called police who took him into custody.
