Four charged with burglaries, arrested and held

BACHELOR, Mo. - Four suspects have been charged in connection with Bachelor-area burglaries reported early this year.

Callaway County Sheriff Clay Chism said three were from Fulton: Amanda Smith, 31; Nathan Pritchett, 29; and Dillon Heilig, 27. Also arrested was Sonya Enerson, 36, of Williamsburg.

The Callaway County Prosecutors Office charged the four subjects May 22 for their involvement in a burglary/stealing offense on County Road 1012 near Bachelor in northeast Callaway County.

On Jan. 4, sheriff's investigators began looking into the circumstances, and an extensive follow-up ensued, including the recovery of stolen property at various locations in the county. The investigative reports were submitted to the prosecutors office and charges were filed May 22.

As of Tuesday, all four suspects were arrested.

Amanda Smith remains in custody at the Callaway County Jail for felony burglary and misdemeanor stealing; court-set bond of $5,000. Smith was located and arrested in Fulton by the Fulton Police Department.

Nathan Pritchett remains in custody at the Callaway County Jail for felony burglary and felony stealing; court-set bond of $9,000. Smith was located and arrested in Fulton by the Fulton Police Department.

Sonya Enerson remains in custody at the Callaway County Jail for felony burglary and felony stealing; court-set bond of $9,000. Enerson was located and arrested near Steedman by Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Dillon Heilig is currently in the custody of the Audrain County Jail for local charges there and will later be extradited to Callaway County for a felony stealing charge.
