Graham Cave State Park will host a photo scavenger hunt 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.

During this "go at your own pace" family-friendly event, participants will walk through the park, photographing a wide variety of items on a scavenger hunt list.

Graham Cave offers about 4.5 miles of trails to search and discover nature. Before starting the photo scavenger hunt, participants should stop at the park office to pick up a scavenger hunt list and a park map. Participants are asked to document their find by taking a photograph of the items on the list and leave the items for others to find as well.

Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, including sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots. They should bring their own water, and insect repellent is also highly recommended.

Graham Cave State Park is on Route TT, 2 miles west of Missouri 161 at Exit 170. For more information about the event, call the park office at 573-564-3476.
