A Fulton man was arrested for the possession of drugs Saturday, said Lt. Curtis Hall, of the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Vincent Wagner, 33, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving while revoked.

At 9:03 a.m., deputies patroling county roadways between Fulton and Millersburg stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of County Road 217 and Route HH. During the traffic stop, deputies identified the driver as Wagner.

Wagner was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, Hall said. He was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail.
