A Fulton man was arrested on felony drug charges Sunday, Callaway County Sheriff Clay Chism said.
Jodey Stuart, 38, was booked and processed for felony possession of a controlled substance and placed on a court-set bond of $4,500.
At 1:31 p.m. Sunday, a Callaway County deputy investigated a citizen report of suspicious activity along County Road 409 between Fulton and Hams Prairie. During the course of the investigation, the deputy came into contact with Stuart.
The Callaway County Sheriff's Office K9 unit responded to assist and suspected methamphetamine was located. Stuart was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and further charges could be forthcoming.
