The Callaway County Sheriff's Office arrested three people after investigating a Wednesday burglary, Lt. Curtis Hall said.

Timothy S. Rice, 33, and Mindy S. Hess, 32, both of Fulton, and Lamont E. Dyer, 29, of Jefferson City, were arrested Friday.

On Feb. 14, deputies investigated a residential burglary in the 4000 block of County Road 202 near Fulton. The owner reported jewelry, electronics, tools and firearms as missing, Hall said. Deputies followed up on multiple leads, eventually recovering some of the property from two residences in Fulton and Kingdom City.

The investigation also led to the three arrests, Hall said. All were brought to the Callaway County Jail.

Rice faces charges of first-degree burglary, felony stealing, stealing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and second-degree property damage. He's being held without bond, Hall said.

Dyer was charged with first-degree burglary, felony stealing, stealing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and second-degree property damage. His bond was set at $30,000.

Hess faces charges of first-degree burglary, felony stealing, stealing a firearm and second-degree property damage. Her bond was set at $25,000.

More charges could be added as the investigation continues, Hall said.
