Shall the Callaway County Sewer District be formed within those areas of Callaway County, Missouri, as submitted by the Amended Decree of Incorporation of the Circuit Court of Callaway County in Case No. 18CW-CV00216, which shall have no authority to levy taxes or pledge general revenue bonds?

Shall the Board of Education of the Fulton Public School District No. 58 of Callaway County, Missouri, be authorized to increase the operating tax levy ceiling to $3.8948 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the purpose of securing mental health professionals/services; retaining qualified staff; improving and maintaining district facilities; and paying the increased costs associated with educational programs, utilities, and other operational needs of the school district? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the School District is estimated to increase by $0.5698 from $3.3250, currently, to $3.8948 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the 2018 Tax Year and will be applied to the assessed valuation for each year thereafter.
