Two Fulton residents were arrested Tuesday after a theft from a Goodwill donation box, said Sgt. Tim Howell of the Fulton Police Department.

Michael Hook, Jr., 25, was arrested for felony stealing and Tiffany Littrell, 28, was arrested for misdemeanor stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

At 10:13 p.m., the FPD received a call reporting a male and a female were stealing items out of the Goodwill donation box on St. Louis Avenue, Howell said. While officers headed toward the scene, the suspects began leaving the area carrying a large number of items.

Upon arrival, the officers found Littrell and Hook and determined them to be the ones who stole the items, Howell said. Both were arrested, and officers found a controlled substance among Littrell's belongings, Howell added.

Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail. Hook's bond was set at $1,500 and Littrell's at $5,000.
