The Fulton State Hospital's missing bear returned home on Saturday, according to Sgt. Joe Schramm of the Fulton Police Department.

Three pieces of a historical sculpture - the right-hand bear on the Missouri State Seal - was reported missing on Wednesday. In total, the pieces were worth $30,000, police said.

At 8:30 a.m. Saturday, a city of Fulton employee found the pieces at Fulton's dog park and returned them to the Fulton Police Department, Schramm said.

"The Fulton Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating the items," Schramm added.
