A Fulton man was arrested late Monday by Fulton police.
Justin Atterberry, 18, was charged with first-degree tampering and property damage after police found him with a white GMC truck reported stolen from a business in Mexico, police said.
The vehicle was reported without plates, on Walker Lane about 11: 30 p.m., and a traffic stop was conducted. Atterberry was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail and given a $5,000 bond.
