A Fulton man was arrested Thursday on several drug-related charges, according to Lt. Jason Barnes, of the Fulton Police Department.
Edward Shiverdecker, 57, was arrested after the Fulton Police Department and the Callaway County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant in the 300 block of West Chestnut.
At 2:13 p.m., officers arrived to search for items stolen in a burglary reported June 21, Barnes said. He added officers found methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the search.
Barnes said Shiverdecker was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shiverdecker was transported to the Callaway County jail, and his bond was set at $7,000.
Further charges may be added as the investigation continues.
