Car wreck ensues after chase

On Monday at 12:31 p.m., a Fulton Police officer located a stolen black Dodge Challenger traveling west on Route F and Amerihost Drive. The officer attempted to stop the driver who refused to stop leading officers on a pursuit.

A Callaway County Deputy was able to use spike strips to flatten the tires on the Challenger. The vehicle continued on until it was unable to negotiate a turn and wrecked.

The vehicle was occupied by three females: the driver Jade E Richards and two passengers Tracey L. Martin and Mallory M. Cahill. All three occupants sustained injuries and were transported to University of Missouri.

Richards is facing charges of tampering with a motor vehicle first degree, felony vehicle assault second degree, felony resisting arrest by flight, and numerous traffic violations.

Martin is facing charges of tampering with a motor vehicle second degree and has three warrants for her arrest - felony stealing out of Montgomery County bond $20,000, misdeamnor drug charge out of Boone County bond $1,000, misdeamnor drug charge out of Callaway County bond $200.

Cahill is facing charges of tampering with a motor vehicle second degree.
