Fulton police spent much of Monday searching for a missing man, according to Sgt. Bill Ladwig of the police department.

At 7:30 a.m., police were informed Carl Lee Debrodie, 31, apparently left his home on Claymine Drive on foot. Claymine Drive is on the west side of Fulton between West Chestnut Street and Old Jefferson City Road.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black leather jacket, an orange-and-white striped polo shirt and white New Balance shoes, Ladwig said.

Debrodie has a limited ability to communicate and can only say his name, "yes" and "no."

Anyone with information should contact the Fulton Police Department at 573-592-3100, the Crime Stoppers hotline at 573-592-2474 or their local police department.
