Westminster announces homecoming activities

Homecoming at Westminster College will be celebrated Oct. 7-8 with football games, pep rallies, concerts and soccer.
"Usually a lot of people are at the game," said Rob Crouse, director of Media and Public Relations. "We have lots of parent that come."
Another highlight is the Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and dinner, scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Marsh/Jones Room.
"It's a big deal," Crouse said, mentioning one of this year's inductees will be Jim McEwan, who taught at Fulton High School and Westminster College.
On Oct. 8, there will be two ribbon cutting ceremonies for new sororities.
"Our sororities never had a home, like actual houseing, so we gave them floors in residence halls," Crouse said.
