Siblings arrested after argument over pot

Two Fulton residents were arrested Saturday about 8 a.m. and charged with marijuana crimes, according to Fulton police officials.
Arrested were Brendan A. Rubin, 19, and his sister, Kailey P. Rubin, 17, at a residence in the 900 block of Lyle Street.
According to a police report, police arrived at the residence to find the brother and sister arguing about marijuana. Officers also found marijuana and paraphernalia inside the residence and took both suspects into custody.
Kailey Rubin was arrested for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Brendan Rubin was arrested for felony distributing not more than five grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He also was taken into custody for active felony warrant for dangerous drugs out of St. Charles County.
