Fulton man arrested on five charges

A Fulton man was arrested on a search warrant Sunday evening.

Joseph Fraser, 28, of Fulton, was investigated by the Fulton Police Department on a report of domestic assault and child abuse, according to a news release from department officials.

While investigating the reported assaults, officers determined Fraser was at his home, but would not answer the door. After securing a warrant for Fraser, Fulton PD officials took him into custody without incident, according the release said.

Fraser was arrested for second degree domestic assault, harassment by communication to commit a felony, abuse of a child, possession of items prohibited by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail on no bond at the time of press.

Oct. 4: Fulton PD assisted Callaway County Sheriff's office in the area of State Road HH and County Road 202.

Jennifer Overstreet was arrested for first degree trespassing.

Michael Tighe was cited for illegal parking.

Oct. 5: Ramon Shannon Warmack was cited for speeding in a school zone, 51 in a 20 mph.

Derricka Wells was arrested for first degree trespassing.

Oct. 6: Jason Alan Painter was cited for speeding, 51 in a 30 mph zone.

Jonathan Maddox was arrested for driving while suspended.

Oct. 7: Ronisha Hill was arrested for first degree trespassing at Walnut Grove Apartments.

Oct. 8: Shania Jackson was cited for speeding, 101 in a 70 mph zone.

Todd Faulkner was cited for speeding, 86 in a 70 mph zone.

Demarco Clark was cited for speeding, 95 in a 70 mph zone.

Oct. 9: Gabriel Wainwright was arrested for an active warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon.

Steven Vossenkemper was cited for speeding, 88 in a 70 mph zone.
