ST. LOUIS - Dennis Hagemann has joined BancStar Inc., a $150 million bank holding company, as director of accounting and finance.
Hagemann will manage all accounting and finance processes for the organization and its two independently chartered banks, said Joseph C. Stewart III, chairman of BancStar Inc.
BancStar manages two state-chartered Missouri banks: Bank Star in Pacific and Bank Star One in Fulton, Lake Ozark, New Bloomfield and Osage Beach.
"We're excited to have Dennis join our team," Stewart said. "His extensive experience and proven track record of success in accounting, finance, trust, internal audit and overall management in the financial services industry will be a valuable asset to our organization."
